We are excited to announce an Injury Prevention Program from the Physio team at AvantiCare. AvantiCare have been supporting Iggies club members with their multi-disciplinary Health Hub for a couple of years and have specifically developed an injury prevention program for small groups, tailored to netball. You can work on your movement, strengthen and support your self as we head into the pointy end of the finals campaigns and even be involved year-round to ensure you stay strong through season breaks.

The first classes will launch next week on Thursday evenings. Below are all of the details and of course you can contact Jack from AvantiCare if you would like to discuss availability and timing if this doesn’t work in with your study or work schedule and Jack can guide you (or a group of friends) through other options.

THE PROGRAM:
- Small group classes supervised by a physiotherapist,
- Access to the AvantiCare gym space,
- Specific and personalised feedback on movement patterns,
- Exercise progressions as indicated,
- A personalised exercise program to complete during the class

COST*:
$49 once off initial assessment
$29 for one class
5x pack: $27 per class
10x pack: $25 per class
12x pack: $23 per class
*Health Insurance Rebates available. On a Class Package, you will claim back Health Insurance Rebates for all classes in one lump sum after you have attended the classes.

group exercise class to ensure this is tailored to you.
